Rather than throwing in the towel on your favorite chair, supplemental bags of shredded foam or beans can be used to reinvigorate a slumping, slouching, deflated bean bag.
Think outside the chair! Polystyrene beans can be used for arts and crafts projects too. Let’s say you use a bag and a half to revive your bag—use the remainder for some ambitious artwork.
If you want to avoid spilling the beans the next time you remove the cover to wash it, consider also purchasing an inner liner. All the beans will first go in there, so when you unzip the outer shell, they won’t fly everywhere.
Memory foam is great for filling more than bean bags. Use it to puff up deflated stuffed animals, pet beds, sofa cushions and more. Once you start looking, you’ll find loads of places to put it. Foam party!
